Petros of Mykonos!!!

When, in early 2024, upon assuming his new duties, Deputy Mayor of Sanitation Konstantinos Sachas realized the Municipality lacked vehicles, he decided to purchase and donate a truck to the Municipality (Municipal Committee Decision 61/2024).

However, along with the vehicle, he also gifted something else: its driver!

This is how our collaboration with Petros Chaniotis began.

What started as a joke proved to be a lifesaver for our island!

Petros and his team cleaned Mykonos of all bulky waste, and the disposal sites were transformed within a few days.

What can one say about this champion who put his back into it like no one else and fights daily for our Mykonos?

Without fanfare, driven solely by his love for his homeland, Petros scours the island from end to end.

As he himself says, he draws courage from the huge flag with the double-headed eagle .
