According to the decision of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance (Ref. No. 109087/23.06.2025), the use of the “QR-code” corresponding to each simple use concession of foreshore and beach is being implemented, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Law 5092/2024 (Government Gazette A’ 33).

Specifically:

1. QR-Code Posting Obligation:
   Every concessionaire of foreshore and beach must post a sign with the QR-code in a prominent location within the conceded area. This QR-code must correspond to the foreshore or beach concession for which a concession agreement has been concluded. The said sign must be clearly visible and legible to the public.

2. Information and Link:
   QR code usage has been enabled and the codes are available on the website of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance at the following path:
   Public Property → Coastline → QR-code for Coastline-Beach Simple Use Concessions.

3. Compliance Obligation:
   Concessionaires are requested to proceed immediately with posting the QR-code in their concession area and to ensure that the process is completed in a timely manner, in accordance with legislative requirements.
