Το Γρυπάρειο είναι ένα ολοκληρωμένο κτιριακό συγκρότημα πολλαπλών λειτουργιών με χώρους υψηλής αισθητικής, εξοπλισμένους με την τελευταία λέξη της τεχνολογίας με συστήματα ήχου και φωτισμού. Επίσης, διαθέτει πλήθος βοηθητικούς και άλλους χώρους στα υπόγεια του κτιρίου καθώς και περιβάλλοντα χώρο σημαντικής έκτασης 14 στρεμμάτων, ήδη διαμορφωμένο ως προς τις βασικές του λειτουργίες, που χρησιμοποιείται ανάλογα.

Mία αίθουσα χωρητικότητας 150 ατόμων βρίσκεται στο Ματογιάννι στο κέντρο της χώρας στο κτίριο Ζερβουδάκη-Ιγγλέση. Η αίθουσα χρησιμοποιείται για εκδηλώσεις του Δήμου Μυκόνου, θεατρικές παραστάσεις, κινηματογραφικές προβολές, συνέδρια, παρουσιάσεις βιβλίων, ημερίδες καθώς και για πρόβες και εικαστικά και καλλιτεχνικά μαθήματα. Διαθέτει ηχητική και φωτιστική εγκατάσταση, projector και internet.

In the center of Mykonos Town, there is a unique, vast, lush garden, the Meletopoulos Municipal Garden, which is filled with palm trees, pines, and unique, towering cactus species. Sheltered from the wind and always cool, it’s an unexpected sight for Mykonos. Within this garden, the open-air cinema CINE MANTO operates, offering a dreamlike place under the island’s bright stars. Along with the cinema, the garden hosts the coolest cafe on the island, open from morning until late at night, with free Wi-Fi.
