Electronic Services
Welcome to the Electronic Services of the Municipality of Mykonos, here you can easily and quickly be served online!
Unified User Access Services
The subsystem is a comprehensive solution for the identification of users of the digital applications of the Municipality of Mykonos.
Its main goal is to facilitate and simplify the provision of new services to citizens, as well as to ensure unified access for employees to the municipality's connected applications.
There is tiered certification depending on the action the citizen wishes to perform. In cases where an action requires the verification of the user's identity based on their Tax Identification Number (TIN) (e.g., for paying debts), a full certification process via Taxisnet details is required. For citizens' requests, identification through Facebook or Google Account is sufficient.
Additionally, this subsystem provides secure integration and access to third-party applications.
Daily Citizen Requests
The "Citizen Daily Requests System" will serve as the gateway through which citizens can directly and specifically send their requests, potential problems, complaints, etc., to the appropriate department of the Municipality of Mykonos.
Through the integrated online application, citizens' requests are recorded and then managed in a simple manner by the municipal staff.
The main purpose of the system will be to provide a simple and automated operation for the services of the Municipality of Mykonos for the recording, monitoring, and response to requests from the concerned parties. It will operate via the internet and using the browser of the operating system, making it accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

Electronic Payment Service
for Certified Debts
The subsystem allows registered users to view and pay their certified debts via debit and credit cards through integration with the Municipality of Mykonos' debt management system.
The electronic payment service enables the settlement of certified debts associated with the user's VAT number. The debt amount is transferred to the secure environment of the bank to complete the electronic payment via credit/debit card. At the end of the day, the bank's application, which includes all transactions (both rejected and successful), is cross-checked with the transactions recorded in the financial management application to automatically generate the payment receipts from the collector. The user is notified via email regarding the transaction they made.
The user has access to all transactions they have made through the online service, as well as through the Municipality of Mykonos. Additionally, there is the option to save the payment receipt in PDF format, digitally signed by the collector.
User identification will be performed via the oAuth2 service provided by TaxisNet, allowing citizens to register with the Municipality of Mykonos without the need to submit supporting documents.
