The Grypareio is a comprehensive multi-functional building complex with aesthetically pleasing spaces, equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. It also features numerous auxiliary and other spaces in the building's basement, as well as a significant surrounding area of 14,000 square meters, already developed for its basic functions, which is used accordingly.

In the center of Mykonos Town, there is a unique, enormous lush garden, the Meletopoulos Municipal Garden, which is filled with palm trees, pines, and unique towering cactus species. Sheltered from the wind and always cool, it’s an unexpected sight for Mykonos. Within this garden, the open-air cinema CINE MANTO operates, offering a dreamlike place under the island’s bright stars. Along with the cinema, the garden hosts the coolest cafe on the island, open from morning until late at night with free Wi-Fi.
