The Grypareio is a comprehensive multi-functional building complex with aesthetically pleasing spaces, equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. It also features numerous auxiliary and other spaces in the building’s basement, as well as a surrounding area of significant size (14 acres), already developed for its basic functions, which is used accordingly.

In the center of Mykonos Town, there is a unique, vast, lush garden, the Meletopoulou Municipal Garden, filled with palm trees, pines, and unique towering cacti species. Sheltered from wind and always cool, it’s an unexpected sight for Mykonos. Within this garden, the open-air cinema CINE MANTO operates, offering a dreamlike place under the island’s bright stars. Along with the cinema, the garden hosts the coolest cafe on the island, open from morning until late at night, with free Wi-Fi. The Garden is an ideal space, available to any Mykonian or visitor who wants to relax, hold business meetings, friendly gatherings, and social events (birthdays, baptisms, weddings).
